Artist: Sandy PageSandy Pape, is a Wisconsin artist who specializes in mixed media. The picture represents “hope” in the fight against diseases that affect human health and the role that ENDECE represents in discovering new drugs that might treat and possibly cure some of these diseases.

ENDECE, LLC, (ENDECE), based in Mequon, Wisconsin, is dedicated to discovering and developing small molecule compounds that provide an improved quality of life for patients diagnosed with debilitating disorders with few therapeutic options. ENDECE’s pipeline of products is designed to treat cancers with low five-year survival rates including pancreas and lung, neurodegenerative autoimmune diseases (e.g. MS), and pain.

ENDECE focuses on small molecule compounds that act as ligands to target, bind to, and activate key biological switches (receptors) controlling metabolic pathways in humans at the level of gene transcription. A platform of over 40 compounds was conceived and synthesized using a rational drug rational design approach.

ENDECE is led by an experienced management team, and supported by world class advisors and consultants in the scientific and business communities.
