About ENDECE

Our vision is to deliver safe, cost-effective drugs that are efficacious and add years to the quality of life for those fighting life-threatening disease with a particular focus on cancer.

ENDECE was founded on the belief that identifying molecular switches that alter normal cell growth from a proliferative to a non-proliferative state could be leveraged for creating new drugs that treat cancers without regard for the mutations that caused the cancer.

Our innovative approach to the discovery and development of small molecule drugs has produced a family of compounds that control key molecular switches and alter normal cell growth from a proliferative to a non-proliferative state.

Network:

The ENDECE collaborative model taps into a proven network of key scientists and other advisors covering all areas of the newest technologies whenever they are needed, allowing us to accelerate the discovery and preclinical process. Contracting this work to the very best groups in the world and performing critical research at two different locations in parallel has allowed ENDECE to keep errors to a minimum and reach key decisions more quickly.  These relationships include:

1. Austin Chemical (Chicago) - sources raw materials around the world
        www.austinchemical.com

2. Formosa Laboratories, Inc. (Taiwan) - will manufacture large scale batches of NDC-1308 under FDA regulations
        www.formosalab.com

3. The Translational Genomics Research Institute (Scottsdale) - a non-profit biomedical research institute in Scottsdale which performs human cancer studies in mouse models and microarray studies for gene expression related to REINHART\2878688_3 Page 9 mechanisms of action (Dr. Mike Bittner at TGen invented the microarray technology)

4. Ricerca Biosciences (Cleveland) - synthesized the very first samples of ENDECE's novel anti-cancer compounds and performed the first analysis of anti-cancer capabilities of the compounds against human cancers in-vitro
        www.ricerca.com

5. Dr. Pam Hershberger, Associate Professor at the Hillman Cancer Research Center and the University of Pittsburgh - performs receptor binding studies, etc. with ENDECE compounds
